Pedagogical and Personal Development

Basic knowledge of "Spiraldynamik

Basic knowledge of "Spiraldynamik" issued from motive coordination.

"Spiraldynamik" is a concept created by Dr. Christian Larsen and Yolande Deswarte.

This concept is based on the universal foundations of spiraling and polarity, which can be found in every field (study of bone axes, muscular polarity and rebalancing of pressures by the movement).

The "Spiraldynamik" centre is based in Zürich.

I have studied "qi gong" verticality and the self-awakening from the fundamental principles of Asian medicine with Master Wu Fung Kar.

I regularly practice the Bates method (William Horatio Bates was a prominent American ophthalmologist who developed a method of learning based on vision).
